Planning
Planning permission is usually required for most projects whether a full submission or permitted development. Our designs and drawings are crafted to ensure a seamless planning application process. Because of this we have a high planning success rate.
Our service includes a 3D laser scan and a full measured survey of the property followed up with drawings suitable for a planning application. There will be plenty of chances to make revisions and develop the design as we go along.
We submit all the applications and deal with the planning authorities on your behalf. We also offer a free re-design and re-submission service if the first application is refused.
Detailed Design
The next stage, after planning, is the production of detailed drawings and specifications. These will be used for building regulations approval, tendering and construction purposes. We pride ourselves on providing exceptionally detailed drawings containing all the information that the builder will need.
Detailed and accurate drawings are essential for ensuring the successful execution of your project. They provide a clear roadmap for the construction process, promote effective communication, help prevent errors and ensure that the final result aligns with the intended design and regulatory requirements.
This stage also includes acting as your Principal Designer for Building Safety Act 2022 and building control compliance.
